Warwick Township Water and Sewer Authority Bucks County, PA
All work to be done within Warwick Township affecting the public water or sewer systems shall be done in accordance with the requirements of the Authority, its Rates, Rules and Regulations and Standard Construction and Material Specifications as are currently in effect.
Developer/Contractor shall be responsible for securing all necessary governmental permits/applications for the work prior to the start of construction. Developer shall pay all application fees, charges and costs associated with the required submissions for permits and approvals.
